Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full service fee.
Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling with 24 hours’ notice allows for a courtesy reschedule on the same day or an alternative day.
For acupuncture sessions:
It is strongly recommended to eat a light snack prior to your appointment to ensure your comfort and well-being.
